IDEA:

Kids usually get toys for Children’s Day. However, we proposed an initiative that was to begin with getting toys from the kids – but for all the right reasons. Working with a bookstore chain BoomBook, we came up with a far-reaching charity campaign whose goal was to collect toys for children in orphanages. In addition to a warm-hearted key visual (that included the slogan „Toys come together to play a part”), we designed flyers, A-frame signs and a poster. We were also responsible for the PR side of the undertaking. The reaction was overwhelming – news about the collection was appearing in local papers and on TV, and the amount of donated toys and school supplies turned out to be tremendous. This made some children very happy. It made us and the Client happy, too!

Shown here is a flyer that promoted the campaign “Toys come together to play a part”.

It also acted as a discount coupon and was handed out to each person that donated.

Also, A-frame signs and posters were designed to inform about the promotion.

Catchy headline, fun picture and clearly legible discount information were impossible to miss – prompting many to enter the stores and join the noble cause.
